Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.Set aside. In large bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats and morsels. Drop by spoonful onto cooking sheet. Bake 7 to 8 minutes for chewy; 9 to 10 minutes for crispy.
