     White Crusty Bread

3 pkgs yeast
1 tblsp salt
3 tblsp sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 cups warm water
6-7 cups sifted flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in sugar, salt, oil and flour (3 cups). Beat until smooth. Add rest of flour until easy to handle. Turn dough onto floured surface and knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl, brush with oil and cover. Let rise until double (45 min). Punch down and divide in 3 parts. Put in greased bread pan and brush again with oil. Let rise again until double. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Can also be made into rolls.
