Sauce- 1 7 ounces can chipotle chilies canned in adobo sauce.
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp sodium free chicken broth
1.5 tsp. cider vinegar
Instructions- remove 2 tsp. of adobo sauce from the can of chilis. Add the adobo sauce, maple syrup, chicken broth and cider vinegar to the roasting pan the has the pork drippings. Cook over medium high heat x 5 minutes stirring constantly.
