     Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 13.5 oz can coconut milk
3 large egg yolks
1/4 tsp. kosker salt
whisk all the above together
Pour into parbaked 9-inch piecrust (baked 5-8 mins)
 

Instructions
Bake at 325 until the center is set but still slightly wobbly,50-60 mins. Let cool,then chill until firm 4-5 hrs. Before serving top with 1/4 cup flaked or shredded coconut.
Serving Suggestions
Can top off with Whip Cream
