     Gingery Pumpkin Pie

1- 15oz pure pumpkin puree
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 large eggs
1 tbls grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Whisk all toghter and pour into a unbaked 9 inch pie shell Bake 350 50-60 mins Chill until set Serve with whipped cream
Serving Suggestions
For a crunchy taste sprinkle 1tbsp hulled pumpkin seeds on top before serving
