Place flour in a plastic bag, add beef cubes,
shaking to coat. In a large saucepan brown meat in
hot oil, drain fat. Stir in vegetable juices,
water, onion, worcestershire sauce, bouillon,
oregano, marjoram, pepper, and bay leaf. Bring to
boiling, reduce heat and simmer covered until meat
is tender.
Stir in potatoes, green beans, corn and carrots.
Return to boiling, reduce to simmer, covered about
30 minutes until meat and vegetables are tender.
