mix first 3 ingredients and pat into ungreased 9x13 pan. bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
slightly beat eggs, add other ingredients and mix. pour over top hot crust, return to oven and bake another 20-25 min. sprinkle with powdered sugar when cold. cut into 1 1/2 x 2 1/2'' bars. freezes well.
for 9'' tart---use 3/4 of recipe
