     JEAN’S SILVERGLADE SPINACH

Ingredients
6 c. rinsed & stemmed spinach (torn in pieces)
1 1/2 to 2 heads
6 oz. mozzarella cheese, cut in strips
6 oz. cheddar cheese, cut in strips
2 c. seedless grapes - halved
Dressing-
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
 
2 tsp. packed light brown sugar
4 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
2 T. sliced green onions

Instructions
To prepare dressing, whisk together vinegar, oil, mustard, brown sugar. Stir in bacon pieces and onions. Refrigerate. In large bowl, combine spinach, cheeses and grapes. Toss with dressing. Put dressing on right before you eat it.
