      JANE'S PINK LEMONADE SALAD

Ingredients
1 1/3 C. Ritz crackers or pretzels
1/2 c. oleo softened
2 Tbs. pwd. sugar
1 small can pink lemonade
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk
 
Instructions
Make a crust with the Ritz crackers, pwd. sugar, and oleo. Spread over an 8 inch square pan. Whip small can pink lemonade, (nearly thawed), Cool Whip and Eagle Brand milk together. Smooth this over crust. Sprinkle leftover crackers on top. Set overnight.
