Cook Angel Hair pasta according to the directions.
Heat olive oil in skillet. Peel and gently press garlic. Add garlic and peppers.
Cut Cherry Tomatoes in half and tear basil into small pieces. Add to skillet. Simmer for five minutes. Season with salt and oregano. Discard garlic cloves.
Toss pasta in with sauce and garnish with freshly grated pecorino cheese.
