1 cup softened butter
|

2 cups white sugar
|

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

4 eggs

2 large lemons, juiced

Instructions |

|
Blend softened butter, 2 cups of flour and 1/2 cup
sugar.
|

|
Press into bottom of ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake
at 350 for 15-20 minutes until firm and golden.
|
|
|
Whisk together 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup flour, eggs
and lemon juice. Pour over baked crust.
|
|
|
Bake additional 20 minutes at 350. Bars will firm
when they cool. Cut into 2 inch squares.
