2 eggs
100ml oil
240ml milk
100g sugar
300g self raising flour
1tsp baking powder
Zest of 2 lemons
Juice of lemons
80g sugar for syrup
Beat eggs and sugar
Add milk and oil and beat well
Add sifted flour and b/powder
Add lemon zest
For syrup boil lemon juice and sugar
Drizzle syrup on baked cakes pierced with a sharp knife
