Melt 2 sticks butter

Add 4 heaping T Cocoa Powder
|

Mix thoroughly
|

Add 1 C boiling water
|

In a separate bowl, mix together-
|

2 C Flour
|
| |
2 C Sugar
|
|

1/4tsp Salt
|
| |
Pour heated Chocolate Mixture into Dry ingredients,mix slightly.

Pour 1/2 C Buttermilk into a measuring cup
|

Add 2 Beaten Eggs
|
| |
1 tsp vanilla
|
| |
1 tsp Baking Soda
|
| |
Pour into 9 X 13 inch pan
|
| |
Bake for 20 min at 350 degrees
|
