bring large saucepan of salted water to boil for lasagna. preheat oven 425. coat 2 small casserole dishes with pam.

blanch lasagna sheets in boiling water 2 min. arrange on lightly greased foil.

saute onion in 1/4 cup oil in saucepan over medium heat until soft, 3 min. add garlic, saute 1 min, then stir in tomatoes and seasonings. simmer until tomatoes break down, 15-20 min, then puree; stir in basil and set aside.

wilt spinach in 1 tsp oil in large skillet over medium heat. transfer to bowl and stir in cheeses, egg white, nutmeg, s&p. to assemble, spread 2 tbsp sauce in each dish. divide filling among pasta sheets, roll, then place in baking dishes. top with sauce and parmesan. bake 25 minutes. serve with remaining sauce.
