     Pita Triangles and feta yogurt

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 T. olive oil
2 T. fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
2 pocket-style pitas
1/2 cup olive oil
1 t. ground turmeric
1 t. ground cumin
 
1 t. ground cardamom
1/2 t. dried oregano leaves
1/4 t. cayenne
1/4 t. kosher salt

Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 375. 2 COMBINE yogurt, feta, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper for the dip. Chill until ready to serve. 3 HALVE each pita crosswise (through the pocket) to make four rounds. 4 WHISK oil and spices together and brush on cut sides of pita halves. Cut each circle into 6 wedges, arrange on baking sheet, and bake 7-9 minutes, or until crisp. Watch carefully-chips tend to brown at different rates.
