     Protein Bars

Ingredients
Nonstick Cooking Spray
1 C. Soy Protein Powder
1/2 C. Flour
2 C. Oats
1/2 C. Oat Bran
1/2 t. cinnamon
3/4 t. salt (optional)
1/2-1/3 C. Brown Sugar
1 C Chocolate Chips
 
1/2 C. Plain yogurt
1/4 C. Canola Oil
2 t. Vanilla
Variation: use peanut butter instead of oil
Variation: add nuts, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, raisins, etc.

Instructions
Lightly spray 9 x 13" pan. Preheat oven to 350°
Mix dry ingredients and mix the wet in seperate bowl. Add the wet to dry, using your clean hands to mix. Put in pan, cook for 15 minutes. Remove and cut into bars, cook another 15 minutes.
Cool. Put into tightly sealed container or freeze.
Serving Suggestions
these bars are excellent for packing on a day trip.
