Make into a balla nd let rise 10 min with a towel over the bowl.

Take a portion out. Roll by hand into a pretzel shape or roll out and cut into little pieces.

Dip into a mixture of 1 T. Baking soda and 1/2 C. Water.
|
|
|
Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 3-4 min. remove from oven and put on brown paper to cool. While hot, rub with butter. I just use a stick of butter and open one end to rub on each pretzel.
This is a good family activity and eating the pretzels hot will fill ya up quick. :)
