     Soft Pretzels

Ingredients
1 T. Yeast, mix with 1 1/4 C. warm water
Add: 1/2 c Honey or brown sugar
Add: 3 2/3 Flour (1 1/3 wheat, 1 1/3 occident, 1 unbleached)
 

Instructions
Make into a balla nd let rise 10 min with a towel over the bowl.
Take a portion out. Roll by hand into a pretzel shape or roll out and cut into little pieces.
Dip into a mixture of 1 T. Baking soda and 1/2 C. Water.
Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 3-4 min. remove from oven and put on brown paper to cool. While hot, rub with butter. I just use a stick of butter and open one end to rub on each pretzel. This is a good family activity and eating the pretzels hot will fill ya up quick. :)
Serving Suggestions
Best eaten fresh or they get too soft.
