combine all ingredients and roll into small meatballs. Freeze and cook later or cook and freeze. Meatballs are better if they are not frozen cooked but you will have to remeber to leave time to cook them before you add to any sauces.
meatballs can be added to soup raw as they will cook in the hot broth.
this may work well for wanton reciepe as well.
