Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine broccoli, carrots and peppers in a large bowl. Rinse pasta in cold water; drain and add to vegetables. Combine salad dressing and mustard; add to pasta mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
