12 eggs
1 Tbs. white vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
3/4 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

Boil eggs. Remove shells, cool eggs completely. Halve eggs lengthwise. Take out yolks, being careful not to break whites. Smash yolks into medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix with fork until smooth and fluffy. Lightly mound yolk mixture in egg whites. Garnish each with parsley (optional). Refrigerate, covered, until serving.
