Layer sesame seeds on bottom of cookie sheet, place slivered almonds on top and bake till toasted.
Mix together the shredded cabbage, Ramen noodles, sesame seeds and slivered almonds.
Mix the dressing ingredients together and add to coleslaw mix; serve immediately.
