Bake pie shell and cool.
Dissolve one or two packages of Jell-O (depends on size
of pie). Use fruit juice if possible instead of second
cup of water when set up, so it won't be absorbed in
pie crust. Slice bananas and place in bottom of pie
crust. Pour Jell-O over them. Serve with cool whip.
