     CAROLYN’S MISSISSIPPI PECAN PIE

Ingredients
3 eggs slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whole pecans
 

Instructions
Combine above ingredients in order listed. Blend well and pour in 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
