cream together butter sugar add eggs 1 at a time beating after each. sift flour baking powder and salt. Add alternately with milk to cream mixture. add vanilla ext. melt chocolate over. hot water. add water and soda
divide batter in half.
add chocolate to one half mixture and almond ext.
cut chocolate into vanilla mixuture. bake in 9 in tube pan 350%1 1/4 hours
