Beat above ingredients together (except filling) till smooth (15 seconds in blender or 1 minute on high with mixer). Pour into 10 inch pie plate, Pam sprayed. Spoon filling over top. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with Streusel. Bake till knife in center comes out clean, about 10 minutes more.
Streusel-
Cut 2 Tbs. margarine, 1/2 c. Bisquick, 1/2 c. brown sugar, and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon till crumbly.
