     Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
Boneless chicken - Boneless/skinless breasts work best/fastest
1 cup Salsa - we like Pace Picante sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together Salsa, brown sugar, and mustard in a bowl.
place chicken in a baking pan
Pour mixture over the chicken, cover with aluminum foil and bake until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F.
serve with veggies of your choice.
