     Spicy Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained
1 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 jalapenos, seeded and diced (I find this to be a bit much, depending on how spicy you like it)
1/2 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Puree all of the ingredients together in a food processor. If no food processor is available, you can use a blender, though it takes a bit of time/stirring.
Spread mixture in a shallow 9-inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered until lightly browned on top, approx. 30-45 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with lavosh crackers or tortilla chips. Makes 4 cups.
