     Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 Eggs
3/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Bread crumbs (add more if needed)
1/4 cup Onion
2 Tbsp Parsley
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground sage
1.5 LBS Ground beef
 
SAUCE-
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Brown sugar
2 tsp Dry Mustard (for spicier sauce add more mustard to taste)
Mix all ingredients together for sauce

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Put into loaf pan, leaving one corner of the pan open (about a half an inch to an inch), for the excess fat to pool up. Bake for approx 1hr 15min. Drain fat. Pour sauce over meatloaf and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until done.
