1 cup bisquick
|

1/3 cup milk
|

4 Tabs mayo
|

1 lb pork sausage

1/2 cup chopped onion

4 cups shredded cheese

2 cans chilies, chopped

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 375. Mix baking mix with milk & 2 Tabs
mayo. Spread in greased pan and pat down.
|
|
|
|
Sauté onions and sausage, drain and set aside.
Spread sausage mixture on top of bisquick mix.
|
|
|
|
Beat egg with remaining mayo, cheese and green chilies.
Spread over sausage layer. Bake for 25 min.
|
