     Sausage Cheese Balls

1 pound hot sausage
3 cups biscuit mix
10 ounces grated, sharp cheddar cheese

Mix sausage (raw) with dry biscuit mix. Add cheese and knead. Shape into small balls and bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees on a well-greased cookie sheet. They can be frozen before baking and stored for later use.
