     CHICKEN IN SOUR CREAM SAUCE

Ingredients
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
6 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. (8 ounces) sour cream
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
 

Instructions
Combine the salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon-pepper seasoning; rub over chicken. Place in a slow cooker. In a bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, and broth; stir in mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken juices run clear. Thicken the sauce if desired.
