     CROCK POT MEAT LOAF

Ingredients
2 eggs
¾ c. milk
2/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 tsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 lb. hamburger
¼ c. ketchup
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground mustard
 
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, onion and salt. Crumble hamburger over mixture and mix well (mixture will be moist). Shape into a round loaf; place in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over the meat loaf. Cook 15 minutes longer or until heated through. Let stand 10-15 minutes.
