     Tofu Tikka Masala

Ingredients
a. 1 cup plain yogurt
a. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
a. 2 teaspoom cumin
a. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
a. 1 to 1.5 tesapoons cayenne pepper (spice preference)
a. 2 teapoons pepper
a. 1 teapoon salt
a. 1 tablespoon ginger
b. 1 block tofu
 
c. 1 tablespoon butter
d. 2 cloves garlic
d. tablespoon chopped or diced jalepenos
e. 2 teaspoons cumin and 2 teaspoons paprika
e. 1/2 can spinach drained
e. 8 oz tomato sauce
e. 1 cup heavy cream
e. 1 teaspoon cilantro paste
f. 1.5 cup cooked brown rice

Instructions
Mix the A mixture and add the chicken. Marinate at least an hour, but the longer, the better. Cook 350 for 45 minutes.
Melt the butter and add the D mixture. Cook it for about a minute. Add the E mixture and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the tofu to the sauce. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
