1 3/4 cups of flour

1 1/2 cups of sugar

1 teaspoon of baking soda
|

3/4 teaspoon of salt

2 teaspoons of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon of cloves
|
|
1 15oz can of pumpkin-not pie filling
|
|
2 eggs
|

1/3 cup of water
|

cream cheese
|

Instructions |

|
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
|
|
|
in a seperate bowl, mix together the eggs, pumpkin and water. Add this mixture to the dry ingredience and mix until incorporated.
|
|
|
Pour mixture into a well greased 9x5 loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 80 min.
|
|
|
You can eat the bread hot or cold and as an extra, I like to add cream cheese to the top.
