     BEV’S SAUERKRAUT DIP

Ingredients
32 oz. sauerkraut, drained
1/2 onion, chopped
2 lbs. hamburger
12 oz. sour cream
2 tomatoes, diced or can
1/2 tsp. garlic
salt
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
 
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions
Directions- Brown hamburger and drain. Combine all ingredients in crock pot and simmer for several hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
