     Buffalo Wings

Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 dash pepper, ground
1 dash garlic powder
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
20 chicken wings
vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
Combine the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt in a large ziploc bag. If the wings are frozen, be sure to defrost and dry them. Put the wings into a bag with flour mixture and coat evenly. Pul the wings in the refrigerator for 60 to 90 minutes (this will help the breading stick to the wings). Heat oil in deep fryer to 375. Combine butter, hot sauce, ground pepper, and garlic powder in small saucepan over low heat. Heat until butter is melted and the ingredients are well blended. Fry wings 10 - 15 minutes or until some parts of the wings begin to turn brown. Remove the wings from the oil to a paper bag to drain. Add wings to a bowl and cover with sauce.
