In a large bowl beat the eggs until foamy with a wire whisk or fok. Add the milk and whisk in.
Gradually whisk in flour, sugar and vanilla.
Melt the butter, allow it to cool slightly then add to the mixture.
Warm the frying pan up and add a dab of butter to the pan. note the first pancake you make will be white. The remaining should have a nice brown color.
