Dressing/Marinade- Combine the oil, vinegar's, lime
juice, soy, Worcestershire, chili oil, sugar,
ginger, garlic, salt and pepper in a mason jar with
the lid. Shake vigorously to combine; taste and
adjust seasonings to taste.
Marinade steak liberally with salt and pepper.
Pour about 1 Tb of marinade on each side of steak
to coat. Let sit at room temperature while
warming up grill. Cook steak until medium rare.
Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting into slices.
Cut ciabatta into thick slices and toast.
In the meantime, combine lettuce, blue cheese,
tomato and fried onions. Add the dressing and toss.
Top salad with steak and serve ciabatta on the side.
