Combine cake mix, 1 egg and 1/2 cup margarine. Press into bottom of greased 12x9x2 inch pan. Set aside.
Combine 2 eggs, cream cheese, powdered sugar and remaining 1/2 cup margarine. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Stir in pecans and pour over cake mix layer.
Bake at 350 for 50 min. or until set, covering loosely with aluminum foil after 45 min. Cool and cut into small squares.
