Cut chicken breasts into 2 or 3 pieces each. Dip in egg, then flour. Fry in oil until brown. (About 10 minutes)
Place single layer in 9 x 13 pan or on cookie sheet (I use cookie sheet).

Mix all ingredients together for sauce.
Pour sauce over chicken until covered completely.
|
|
|
|
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn chicken over 1/2 way through cooking time.

Serve with Chicken Rice-A-Roni, Baked Potato, etc. Add vegetable of choice
