Add salt and pepper and onion to meat and brown until meat is done. Drain grease from meat and sprinkle with flour. Mash flour into meat with fork. Add chili powder and do the same. Continue browning 1 to 2 minutes. Add 1 to 2 cups water until desired consistency. The water will mix with the flour and make a little gravy.
Heat up refried beans. May add salt and or El Pato sauce if desired. Chop lettuce.
