     Mini pumpkin cheesecakes

Ingredients
Filling-
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 Tbsp. flour
1 cup powdered sugar
Cake-
1 cup pumpkin
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
 
1/2 cup & 2 Tbsp. oil
1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. each- cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt & soda
1/2 Tbsp. & 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Topping-
1/4 cup sugar
2-1/2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. unsalted cold butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Put paper liners in tiny tins. Mix 4 filling ingredients until smooth; set aside. Combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, pie spice, salt and soda. In another bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil; add dry ingredients on low just until blended.
Fill tins 2/3 full (about 1 Tbsp.) and add 1 tsp. filling on top. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 for 12 - 14 minutes.
