     Crumb Cake

Ingredients
CAKE
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs - 3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 stick butter
CRUMBS
 
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
5 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
CAKE Combine dry ingredients. Cut butter into small pieces and cut in until resembling corn meal. Add egg and milk mixture. Pour into greased pan.
CRUMBS Melt margarine and add vanilla. Mix all dry ingredients. Pour butter in a use fork to form crumbs. Sprinkle over cake batter.
Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees
