1/2 lb orzo

1 tsp olive oil
|

1 1/4 cups chopped leeks
|

1/2 cup peas
|
|
1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 cup ricotta
|

4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
|

1/2 cup warm milk
|

Instructions |

|
Cook orzo as instructed.
|
|
|
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat and saute
leeks until tender and bright green. Add peas, salt,
pepper and cook for about 1 minute.

Add orzo, ricotta and bacon and toss over medium
heat until warm.
|
|
|
Add Parmesan and milk and cook for about 1 more
minute.
