     Ricotta Orzo

Ingredients
1/2 lb orzo
1 tsp olive oil
1 1/4 cups chopped leeks
1/2 cup peas
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup ricotta
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup warm milk
 
1/3 cup grated Parmesan

Instructions
Cook orzo as instructed.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat and saute leeks until tender and bright green. Add peas, salt, pepper and cook for about 1 minute.
Add orzo, ricotta and bacon and toss over medium heat until warm.
Add Parmesan and milk and cook for about 1 more minute.
