     Xmas Cookies- Stamp Cookies

Ingredients
2 c. butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
6 c. flour
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Add flour, one cup at a time, mixing after each addition. Dough will be very stiff; blend last flour in by hand.
DON'T CHILL DOUGH. Roll dough into smooth 1.5-inch balls. Please on ungreased cookie sheets.
Lightly spray stamps with cooking spray. Dip stamps in flour, then stamp dough. Bake on middle oven rack for 12-15 mins. or until cookies lightly browned.
Serving Suggestions
THIS IS DOUBLED. Approximately 106 cals per cookie, 68 cookies.
