     Coach Lee's Oatmeal

1 cup - Quaker Oats Old Fashined Oatmeal
Splenda Brown Sugar - to taste
Cinnamon - to taste
Sliced Almonds - taste
2 ea - Strawberries, sliced
2 tablespoon - Blueberres
2 tablespoon - Raspberries
6 oz - Yogurt, any flavor
1 cup - Silk Vanilla Soy Milk

Add water to oatmeal and stir until combined. Microwave for 35 seconds. Add Splenda brown sugar and cinnamon to your liking and stir. Add sliced almonds to your liking. Add 2 sliced strawberries, 2 tablespoons blueberries, 2 tablespoons raspberries.
combine 6 oz of any flavour yogurt with 1 cup of silk vanilla Soy Mild in a blender. Blend it at high speed for 30 seconds and pour onto your oatmeal.
Note- Add peanut butter if you need a little more protein in your diet.
