Add water to oatmeal and stir until combined. Microwave for 35 seconds. Add Splenda brown sugar and cinnamon to your liking and stir. Add sliced almonds to your liking. Add 2 sliced strawberries, 2 tablespoons blueberries, 2 tablespoons raspberries.
combine 6 oz of any flavour yogurt with 1 cup of silk vanilla Soy Mild in a blender. Blend it at high speed for 30 seconds and pour onto your oatmeal.
Note- Add peanut butter if you need a little more protein in your diet.
