     Mashed Red Potatoes with Garlic and Parmesan

Ingredients
2.5 lb red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
3 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
 

Instructions
Put potatoes and garlic in large pan. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Drain well. Mash with the butter, milk, and salt. Stir in the parmesan cheese.
