1 pound sweet potatoes 2 medium

2 1/4 cup bisquick
|
|
1/2 cup brown sugar
|
|
3 Tbsp H20
|
|
Bake potatoes until tender-cool-peel-mash.
|
|
Stir in bisquick, brown sugar, and enough water to
|
|
|
|
form soft dough.
|
|
Turn onto lightly floured surface pat into 1/2 inch
|
|
rounds and cut with 2 1/2 inch cookie cutter.
|
|
Place on baking sheet and bake until golden. 12-15 min
|
|
They will only raise slightly.
