Heat oil in soup pot, add fennel and saute 5 minutes. Stir in
sausages and cook another 10 minutes. Deglaze pot with wine.
Add broth, tomatoes, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cover, bring to a
boil, and simmer 30 minutes.
