Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease two 9-inch pie pans or 1
9 x 13 cake pan. Set aside cookie pieces and glaze. In large
bowl, combine bar mix, water, oil and egg. Beat 50 strokes
by hand. Spread batter in greased pans or pan. Bake at
325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely.
Place scoops of ice cream over each pie or cake pan to cover.
Sprinkle with OREO cookie pieces. Drizzle glaze over ice
cream. Place pies uncovered in freezer to freeze. When
ready to serve, let stand at room temperature a few minutes
before cutting. (After pie freezes, cover loosely with foil
if not serving within several hours or next day. Before serving,
remove foil before letting pie stand at room temperature.)
